HOW DOES RETURN WORK?
We are confident that you will be happy with when you get your purchase handy. If for any reasons you found mistakes caused by us and you are not totally satisfied with your order(s) within 30 days after you received the package, simply send us an email to [email protected] and claim for a return request.
In the email please include your order number found on your packing slip or in the order confirmation email received when the order was placed. All returned products must be unworn and unwashed (no exceptions). Return shipping charges go to us and are not the responsibility of the customer.

Return Restrictions:
- Please contact us within 30 days starting from the day you have received your order.
- Returned items must be in unused condition with the original packaging. We do not accept returned items that’s worn, damaged, washed or altered in any way.
- We do not accept returned items that were sent back by you directly without checking with us first. Make sure to check returns with our staff first.
HOW TO RETURN OUR ITEM- STEP BY STEP
We strive to offer the best shopping experience, including fast and hassle-free returns. Please contact us within 30 days upon the item’s delivery date to initiate the return process if you are not satisfied with your order.
- Please contact us via [email protected] to get in touch with our customer service team and describe the items you want to return and the reason for your return (please read the return restrictions above before you notify us). Our team will then immediately send you a FREE RETURN LABEL to attach on your return package.
- Pack your return item(s) carefully then attach our FREE RETURN LABEL and send the package to the nearest USPS office and make sure you fill in all correct information related to our store.
- Please send your return order to our store which is located in the United States (7401 Lone Star Drive Suite B115 Plano TX 75024).
- We will process the return or exchange as soon as we receive your package.
- Once your refund is issued, you will receive a confirmation email. We cannot refund, reimburse, cover, or otherwise be responsible for any fees not paid to bbcheckout.com. Refunds are issued back to the original form of payment used to purchase the order.
- After inspection of the returned items for refunds well completed, we’ll immediately return your credit.
REFUND PROCEDURE
- Combining your shipping time, inspection time, and your bank’s credit processing or your Paypal account processing time it could take 7-21 business days to have your refund issued and for your account to be accredited.

- There is no addition expenses for your return process to be done. We offer FREE RETURN LABEL for return shipping fee at no cost as well as there has no restocking fee or any other charges.
