Our ware stock is located in the United States: 7401 Lone Star Drive Suite B115 Plano TX 75024.

(We will ship all products from our ware stock to all regions in USA)

Please allow generally 4-8 BUSINESS DAYS handling time on all orders. Also all of our products takes an additional 2-3 business days to process. After it ships, you will be sent an email with your tracking information. If an item is not available in our warehouse, we do our best to find your item in one of our other locations. If the item is available at another location, it will be shipped in its own package. Shipping cost doesn’t vary since we provide a flat rate at cost $5.99 for all orders whether its location nor weight it’s shipped to.

USPS First Class Package – $5.99 – Door to door service
USPS First Class Package shipping option is the most cost-efficient form of USPS. It is best used with customers who aren’t in rush to get their product(s) delivered. USPS First Class Package is a delivery service to all regions of USA, with an estimated delivery time of 4-8 working days, depending on the zone of the region to which the shipment is going.

To ensure that your package is properly delivered and you receive shipment within the time frame we advertise, please make sure your address is fully entered and correct. Use correct abbreviations and have spaces inserted properly, we do not take responsibility for incorrect information or orders returned due to incorrect addresses.

We do our best to ensure the timely delivery of all orders. When selecting our domestic shipping or international shipping options, please bear in mind that we are only provided with an estimated delivery date from our carriers. On a rare occasion, these packages can arrive outside of the estimated timeframe.

We know how important your order is! bbcheckout provides our customers with the option to track your package. If the tracking information states that your items have been delivered but you have not received it, please check around your neighbourhood in case another home received it by mistake. Speak with family, roommates, etc. in the event they received it on your behalf. The package may also have been left with property managers or an apartment office.
