well I've checked the thermostat and its working ok. when I turn the temperature knob on the climate control panel I can hear a motor type sound from the depths of the dashboard but cant see anything moving - I assume the air mix flap is hidden away somewhere behind the dash out of sight. Does anybody know the procedure to reset the flaps etc on the climate control? I read somewhere about it being 'put the fan speed on on more than off or auto and the air output to auto and then press recirculate until something flashes and then bits all calibrate themsleves' however I must be doing something wrong as nothing happens - any one have any ideas?

I think the heat mix flap is down low in the centre , Take the radio and radio box out and there is a motor on the tunnel with a 90 degree link to the flap have a look at what happens when you turn the temp knob , maybe the link rod is disconnected by some non standard wiring caught in it ?

I have had the radio out lately but the heater seemed to be working after I put it back in but I'll try anything to get the heat back. Thanks
