join video after encode

I encode a video in win xp 32bit and a video in win 7 64bit How to join these videos quickly? I used mkv toolnix but there is an error :( their media infos are same

I don't join audio, this is error

done ^^ I extracted by HD streams extractor and join by mkvtoolnix
