selecting regions...

Dear friends, when I make a selection (for example 5 sec of audio), and I want to make fine adjustments, when I press stop the selection dissapears...can this be changed? Because then I have to make the selection again, and if I zoom in for even finer adjustments the selection is too big for the screen and then I press stop again but the selection is gone again...this is probably a click away... thanks in advance

thanks mate actually I did play with this setting but somehow i didn't manage to make it work...it works now, but of course you have to use Alt +[ to play the selection... thanks again!

or just simply use command focus (a...z) and press "[" or "]" to alternate selection/timeline playback.. cheers,

nice tip! thanks! the thing is that there are so many things to remember, i am using PTLE, SONAR, CUBASE, WAVELAB...but basically it's all the same...fortunately in Sonar 4 you can load PTLE keyboard preferences and use keyboard just like you would in Pro Tools..cool, heh?
