Hello, I've been noticing wav.reapeaks files showing up in my MP3 file That I keep on my desktop. Normally there should only be projects that I render to MP3 there. I guess my questions are why? and can I delete these, or should they be moved? If so where?.

.reapeaks are only made when they're added to a project AFASIK There's no issue with deleting them though. Reaper will always rebuild them again if they're missing.

You might want to set a custom directory location for the .reapeaks files, by default they go next to the audio file they are from.

Are you perhaps automatically adding the rendered mp3 to the project? There's a checkbox for that in the render window.

Thank You, Stroudy, I'll have to research what AFASIK is. Xenakios, Yea, I'll have to look into that if this trend continues. Dex, No I don't have that selected. emarsk, That may be the issue here. I'll watch out for that. Thank You all. Ron
