The midi exported from Decoda is the midi that you trace within it. The detected chords are not exportable. By the way things are looking, Melodyne is going to be that go-to for all of that very soon. It pretty much will be about DAWs being able to take advantage of all it will offer through ARA.

This creates chords from audio samples you could also make it so you have them as takes in one track and set to Play All Takes.
